Advantages overview
  • Operational and personnel cost savings
  • Reduced volume
  • Coarse and fibrous materials can be comminuted
  • Prevents clogging in piping systems
  • Sewer and pump systems are protected
  • Increases biogas yield
We select and adapt the sizes and variants of our grinding machines, and the appropriate parameters, depending on the application.
Functioning principle:

Pollutants are grinded by two intermeshing blade shafts. Product is conveyed either by pumps connected downstream, or by gravity. All grinded pieces are “chopped, hammered, and shredded” by multiple cutting blades. Materials that cannot be grinded are discharged into a dense medium trap at the bottom, depending on the model. This is done by an electronic auto-reverse controller that protects the grinder and indicates the operating state to the operators.
