Project description:

Construction of a sludge loading facility.


Solution/description:

The sewage sludge is drained to approx. 45% DMC with a chamber filter press and then conveyed to two sewage sludge storage silos via a high pressure piston pump. The sludge loading is performing directly in the lorries via an electrohydraulic sliding frame and a silo discharge screw.


Performance and production data:
Number of silos: 2 with steel platform that can be driven underneath with surrounding control surface.
Silo diameter: 4,000 mm
Silo height: 12,000 mm
Volume: 130m3 per silo
Verladeleistung: 120 / 60m3/h per silo
